Adult Coloring Nights
Since the early 1900’s, doctors, like Psychiatrist Carl Jung, have prescribed coloring as a way to combat anxiety and relieve stress. The health benefits go beyond relaxation and actually promote wellness.

Coloring not only lets you act and feel like a kid again, it has been likened to the feelings you might get from practicing yoga.
Unwind after work, make it a date night or invite friends to join you.
Supplies provided, but feel free to bring your own.
